A quotation instead of an order

For larger quantities, complete kitchen fit-outs or projects that need planning, a quotation is the better route. You assemble your items and send a quotation request; we check availability, terms and delivery route and reply with a binding quotation.

If you accept it, the quotation becomes an order without you having to enter anything again. Every quotation carries a validity period, stated in the document.

VAT for business customers

All prices are shown net (excluding VAT). What is added at checkout depends on your VAT identification number:

• Business customers from other EU member states holding a valid VAT identification number confirmed via VIES are supplied under the reverse-charge procedure without VAT. Verification runs automatically during the order.
• In all other cases Czech statutory VAT of currently 21 % is shown separately and added.

Individual pricing for regular customers

For customers with recurring requirements we store customer-specific prices. These are tied to your account: once you are signed in, your terms appear automatically in the shop and in the basket — no voucher code, no need to ask.

Company account

You can enter your company name and VAT identification number directly when registering. These details are carried over to quotations, orders and invoices; your documents are available as PDFs for download in your account.
