Payment & Shipping

Payment methods

The payment methods offered at checkout depend on your country and the order value. In principle the following are available:

  • Card payment (including Visa, Mastercard) — processed by our payment service provider Mollie B.V.; your full card details are not transmitted to us.
  • Advance payment / bank transfer — you receive a proforma invoice with our bank details (Česká spořitelna, IBAN CZ77 0800 0000 0021 1226 5213, BIC GIBACZPX). Goods are dispatched once payment has been received; the amount must be transferred within 7 days.

For project enquiries and larger installation configurations we will be glad to prepare an individual quotation with separate payment terms.

Prices and VAT

All product prices are displayed net (excluding VAT). Czech statutory VAT of currently 21 % is shown separately at checkout and added.

Business customers from other EU member states holding a valid VAT identification number confirmed via VIES are supplied under the reverse-charge procedure without VAT. The VAT identification number is verified automatically during the order.

Shipping

Goods are dispatched from our warehouse in Teplice, Czech Republic. Smaller items are sent by parcel service, palletised large appliances by freight forwarder.

For freight shipments, delivery is made “kerbside” unless otherwise agreed. Transport into the premises, installation or connection of the appliances are not part of the standard delivery.

Shipping costs are clearly displayed during the ordering process before you complete your order.

Delivery time and tracking

The expected delivery time depends on the item and the country of delivery and is stated in the order confirmation.

As soon as your shipment leaves the warehouse we will inform you by e-mail; for parcel shipments you will receive a tracking number where available.

Transport damage

Please inspect the shipment for externally visible damage on delivery and have any damage noted on the consignment note. Please report visible transport damage to us without delay at obchod@culinex.eu; this facilitates the claim towards the carrier. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
