We usually answer emails within one working day. When asking about an existing order, please quote your order or invoice number — it shortens the process.

Visits and collection in person are possible by arrangement. Please make an appointment in advance — by telephone on +420 474 720 143 or by email to obchod@culinex.eu. That way we can make sure the appliances you want to see are available and someone is there for you.
Requesting a quotation
For projects, larger quantities and complete kitchen fit-outs, the quotation request in the shop is the best route: you assemble your items and we reply with a quotation including terms and a validity period. There is more on this on the “B2B & bulk orders” page.
