This two-door saladette accommodates six GN 1/1 containers and provides a generous area for holding and displaying salads and ingredients. High-quality stainless steel front cladding and the included granite top complete the unit for catering establishments and buffet areas.

The fan-assisted cooling system uses R290 refrigerant and operates between +2 and +8 °C. The unit is designed for ambient temperatures up to 43 °C. Its overall width is 2500 mm, with a working height of 900 mm.

A stainless steel well, water drain valve and on/off switch support everyday operation. The saladette is supplied assembled and ready to plug in.

GN containers are not included. LED lighting is available as an optional accessory. A 12-month spare parts warranty is provided.
