The AK RAMON Fleischmischer AMM-55 S supports uniform processing of meat mixtures in butcher shops, professional kitchens, and production facilities. Its 55-litre container offers a mixing capacity of approximately 35 kg. The powerful, low-noise geared motor enables thorough mixing of meat and ingredients.

The stainless steel construction made from AISI 304 and the removable container facilitate emptying and subsequent cleaning. The machine head opens; the mixing paddles automatically stop when opened. A transparent protective cover completes the equipment.

Wheels and a handle make it easy to move the machine. The water-resistant electrical box and the equally water-resistant start-stop switch are designed for use in food processing.
