The combination of bain-marie heating and continuous agitator ensures uniform temperature and consistency. The temperature range is between 62 and 90 °C. The transparent polycarbonate container allows quick visibility of the contents.

An anti-clogging tap simplifies dispensing. The drip tray features a level indicator. The stainless steel boiler is equipped with overheat protection.
