The Buffalo digital glasswasher is a compact solution for cleaning glassware in bars, cafés and restaurants. At just 425 mm wide, this countertop unit is particularly suited to smaller bar areas. The supplied 350 × 350 mm baskets hold up to twelve standard pint glasses per load, depending on their dimensions.

Three wash programmes can be selected via the digital control panel. The fastest programme allows up to 30 wash cycles per hour. Thermostatically controlled wash and rinse temperatures together with integrated dosing pumps for detergent and rinse aid support a consistent wash process. Water consumption is 2.5 litres per standard cycle.

The stainless steel construction and wipe-clean control panel make cleaning easy. Waste water is discharged via a gravity drain. An inlet water pressure of at least 2 bar is required for operation.

With medium-hard to hard water, a water softener may be necessary. This is available separately.
