Description
The Buffalo digital planetary mixer with 10-litre bowl capacity supports professional kitchens in the preparation of doughs, creams and other mixtures. Its brushless 750 W DC motor and planetary mixing action ensure thorough blending of ingredients.
The digital control allows variable speed adjustment to suit any recipe. Up to five individual programmes with up to four mixing phases enable repeatable workflows – for example, a slow start followed by speed ramp-up.
The belt drive offers quieter operation compared to gear-driven mixers and simplifies maintenance. A locking, BPA-free guard, overload protection and a waterproof on/off switch complete the specification.
