The robust cast iron grill plates ensure even heat distribution. The stainless steel 430 housing is designed for daily use in professional kitchens and is easy to clean.

The hinged, counterbalanced upper grill plate adapts to the height of the food and ensures full surface contact. Temperature is easily adjusted between 100 and 300 °C using the rotary knob. A ready indicator shows when the grill is operational.

The removable drip tray can be cleaned without moving the unit. A grill scraper is included. The contact grill is supplied with a plug and comes with a 2-year on-site warranty for parts and labour.
