The large Buffalo Bistro contact grill is designed for preparing paninis, sandwiches, meat and vegetables in restaurants, fast food outlets and catering operations. Its stainless steel 430 housing and enamelled cast iron plates are built for daily professional use. The grooved upper and lower plates create characteristic grill marks on food.

The grill plates retain heat and require no seasoning thanks to their enamel coating. Temperature can be adjusted between 100 and 300 °C using a rotary dial. The hinged upper plate adapts to the food being grilled; its counterweight makes lifting and positioning easier.

A removable grease collection tray catches dripping fat and simplifies cleaning. With 2.2 kW power and compact dimensions, the contact grill provides a practical grilling station for professional kitchens.
