The extra-large Buffalo rice cooker is designed for preparing large quantities of rice in restaurants, snack bars and catering operations. With a capacity of 9 liters of dry rice, it produces up to 20 liters of cooked rice – equivalent to approximately 80 portions.

Cooking time for white rice is approximately 35 to 40 minutes. Once the cooking program is complete, the unit automatically switches to keep-warm mode, ensuring the rice is ready for service.

The lid and housing are made of stainless steel. The removable inner pot features a non-stick coating, making it easy to remove the rice and clean afterwards. A condensation water collection container is included. A rice paddle, spoon and measuring cup are supplied with the unit.
