Cooling Cell ISO 100 offers professional cooling at the highest level – compact, modular, and ready to use. With an internal volume of 3.57 m³ and 100 mm thick polyurethane insulation (43 kg/m³, CFC-free), it is perfect for gastronomy, bakeries, and food businesses.

The integrated backpack cooling unit (0.36 kW, R290) reliably maintains temperatures between -5°C and +5°C, certified for climate class 5 (40°C/40% humidity). The automatic hot gas defrosting with self-evaporation ensures low-maintenance continuous operation. The microprocessor control with a touchscreen allows precise temperature regulation.

The swing door (700x1900 mm) can be positioned on all 4 sides and is equipped with a surrounding heating line, pressure relief valve, and safety interior lock. The reinforced floor (phenolic resin, honeycomb structure) supports up to 4,000 kg/m². All corners and edges are rounded (R15 mm) for maximum hygiene without dirt traps.

The Minicold EVO system enables easy assembly, is expandable at any time, with linear panel connections and surrounding corner pieces. Certified according to CE and UNI EN 13501-1:2009 (Class B-S3,d0).
