The Cuppone Donatello DN935/1 CD is a professional electric pizza oven with a baking chamber for up to 9 pizzas Ø 35 cm or 4 pizzas Ø 50 cm. Its generous baking surface is ideal for pizzerias and catering businesses that want to prepare multiple pizzas simultaneously.

The stainless steel baking chamber with cordierite baking stone features separate heating elements for top and bottom heat. Via the digital CD control, you can adjust the baking chamber temperature and set full or reduced heating power for top and bottom heat. An acoustic signal indicates when baking is complete.

The door with panoramic glazing and halogen lighting provide a view of the baking product. Thermal insulation between the door and baking chamber, plus the integrated heat recovery system, complete the equipment. Programmable activation via a countdown timer simplifies preparation for service.
