DIHR HT 11 T is a powerful hood dishwasher with integrated exhaust hood, designed for professional kitchens with high washing demands. With an insertion height for gastronorm trays GN 1/1 and baskets 500x500 mm, the appliance is ideal for restaurants, hotels, catering, and large kitchens.

Thanks to up to 4 washing cycles (50 / 80 / 120 / 180 seconds) and a capacity of up to 72 baskets per hour (at 55 °C inlet temperature), the HT 11 T handles large amounts of dishes in a short time. The integrated boiler with 10 l capacity and 9,000 W heating power ensures a constant rinse temperature of 85 °C for hygienic results. The washing tank holds 30 l and is maintained at 55 °C by a 2,700 W tank heater. The powerful washing pump (1,120 W, up to 630 l/min) provides intensive and even cleaning.

The integrated exhaust solution significantly reduces steam and heat development in the washing area, improving room climate – a plus for employee comfort and hygiene.
