The double gas cooking plate combines a flat and a grooved cooking surface, ideal for professional use in gastronomy and large kitchens. Heating is provided by two burners with stabilized flames, each with 4 kW power, totaling 8 kW.

The grill surface measures Ø 650 x 480 mm (31.2 dm²) and is made of high thermal conductivity cast iron, 10 mm thick. Each half of the plate can be independently controlled from 50 °C to 300 °C, allowing flexible cooking options.
