The COMBISTEEL 127 L dry-age cabinet combines a compact footprint with features that support stable ageing conditions. The adjustable 1–25 °C temperature range and 60–85% relative humidity allow you to fine-tune the environment to your workflow (depending on product/process requirements).

A fan-assisted (Umluft) cooling system helps maintain even conditions inside the cabinet. Operation is straightforward via digital controls with an LCD display and a digital temperature indicator. LED lighting improves visibility.

Practical additions include a lockable and reversible door. With automatic defrost, maintenance is simplified. The unit uses R600a refrigerant and is rated for up to 43 °C ambient temperature.
