The COMBISTEEL 198 L Pro Line dry-age cabinet is designed to maintain stable internal conditions—critical for controlled meat ageing. The -3 to +5 °C range supports chilled storage and ageing workflows.

A fan-assisted (Umluft) cooling system helps distribute temperature evenly throughout the cabinet. The unit is built in AISI 304 stainless steel for high hygiene standards and long service life. With two doors that open from the left and right (folding), access is convenient even in tighter spaces.
