Description:

The dry-aging cabinet allows controlled dry ageing of meat and, with 352 litres of usable capacity, offers room for various cuts. Three shelves and three meat hooks allow flexible arrangement inside. The housing is made of matt black powder-coated steel, the interior of ABS.

Digital temperature control with LCD display makes setting and monitoring the temperature easy. The temperature range is +1 to +25 °C with a tolerance of ±2 °C. The stated humidity range is 60 to 85 % with a tolerance of ±10 %. The water tank, located at the top in a drawer, holds 2.5 to 3 litres and is filled manually.

An ultraviolet system and separately switchable LED lighting complete the equipment. The double-walled door is lockable and not self-closing.
