The stainless steel dry-aging cabinet provides space for controlled dry aging of meat. Three height-adjustable shelves and two meat hooks allow flexible arrangement of the contents. The lockable door with double tempered glass provides a view into the cabinet.

Digital temperature controls allow adjustment from 0 to +25 °C. The specified humidity range is 30–90%. Fan-assisted refrigeration supports even air circulation inside the cabinet.

No water tank or mains water connection is required. A salt container and activated carbon filter are included. The LED lighting and ultraviolet system can each be switched independently. Two of the four feet are adjustable for levelling the unit.
