Description
The electric convection oven with 4 trays (600 x 400 mm) and manual humidifier is ideal for professional use in gastronomy and bakeries. The baking chamber with rounded corners is made of durable AISI 430 stainless steel, as is the outer casing.
The oven comes with 2 stainless steel baking trays and a grill rack (EN 600 x 400 mm). The rail spacing is 70 mm.
An integrated Oura ensures optimal condensation drainage. The temperature is continuously adjustable from 50 °C to 270 °C. Two powerful motors with fans (2600 rpm) guarantee even air circulation. Interior lighting provides good visibility of the baked goods.
The door is a drop-down door with double glazing, stainless steel handle, and a removable seal on the counter door. The inner glass is also removable for easy maintenance.
