The electric double smooth grill plate offers a large usable surface of 650 x 480 mm (31.2 dm²), ideal for professional use in gastronomy and large kitchens. With a total power of 6 kW and connection to 400–230/3N 50–60 Hz, it enables efficient and precise grilling.

The grill plates are made of high thermal conductivity cast iron, 10 mm thick, ensuring even and long-lasting heat distribution. Each half of the grill plate is independently controllable and adjustable from 50 °C to 300 °C, allowing simultaneous preparation of different dishes.

The unit comes with two scrapers to facilitate cleaning of the smooth surface. The entire construction is made of durable stainless steel, ensuring longevity and easy maintenance.
