Electric Pizza Oven Extra Large – 9 Pizzas Ø 35 cm, 13.7 kW, 1390 × 1270 × 400/475 mm

The Electric Pizza Oven Extra Large offers space for 9 pizzas with a diameter of 35 cm in its baking chamber measuring 1050 × 1050 × 150 mm. For increased capacity, two units can be stacked vertically to create a combination for 9+9 pizzas.

The stainless steel chamber features a refractory stone floor with heating elements integrated between two stone plates. Top and bottom heat can be adjusted independently via two separate thermostats up to 400 °C. A digital thermometer enables temperature monitoring, while recessed LED interior lighting and a large, double-glazed sight glass facilitate observation of the baking process.

Thick glass wool insulation, a stainless steel arch structure, and a ceramic fibre door seal support heat retention. The door is equipped with spring hinges and a double heat-insulating handle. An adjustable smoke extraction opening and the included removable decorative hood complete the equipment.
