Description
The electric ribbed hotplate offers a usable surface of 320 x 480 mm (15.5 dm²), ideal for professional use in gastronomy and large kitchens. With a power of 3 kW and connection to 230/1N 50–60 Hz, it enables precise and efficient cooking.
The hotplate is made of high thermal conductivity cast iron, 10 mm thick, ensuring even and long-lasting heat distribution. Temperature is independently controllable for each half and adjustable from 50 °C to 300 °C, allowing simultaneous preparation of different dishes.
The unit comes with two scrapers to facilitate cleaning of the ribbed surface. The entire construction is made of durable stainless steel, ensuring longevity and easy maintenance.
