Designed as a tabletop unit, it is constructed from high-quality AISI 304 stainless steel and accommodates one GN 1/1 container up to 150 mm deep.
Durable Construction & Efficient Heating
The deep-drawn stainless steel basin is robust, long-lasting, and exceptionally easy to clean. Heating is provided by armored stainless steel heating elements positioned beneath the tank, ensuring uniform heat distribution through the water bath (Bain-Marie principle).
Precise Temperature Control & Safety
The temperature can be precisely adjusted between 0 and 90 °C via a stepless thermostat—perfect for a variety of foods such as soups, sauces, side dishes, or delicate ingredients. For added peace of mind, the unit features an integrated safety thermostat that automatically shuts off the device in case of overheating. The front-mounted On/Off switch ensures simple and intuitive operation.
