The electric tabletop fryer with 2 containers and a usable volume of 8.5 liters each is ideal for professional use in gastronomy and fast food operations. Each container is made of robust AISI 304 stainless steel and equipped with a lid.

The reinforced stainless steel baskets measuring 220 x 190 x 110 mm feature two heat-insulated side handles for safe operation. Heating is provided by treated, armored heating elements immersed directly in the containers, ensuring fast and even heating.

A cold zone prevents food residue from burning and extends oil life without flavor transfer. Temperature is adjustable via a thermostat from 0 °C to 180 °C, and a safety thermostat protects the sensor wires.

The fryer is easy to maintain with a removable control panel (with microswitch) and removable, dishwasher-safe components. The unit complies with applicable CE standards and is equipped with an electric contactor as standard.
