Fimar B115 is a high-performance lava stone grill, specially designed for demanding gastronomy. With an impressive power of 23 kW and 8 high-performance burners, this device guarantees quick heating and even heat distribution across the entire cooking surface of 960 x 540 mm.

The robust stainless steel housing with a double insulation wall ensures maximum energy efficiency and safety. A unique feature is the patented cast iron grate, which is usable on both sides: one side is optimized for meat, the other for fish. Thanks to the 4-way swivel positioning of the grate, you have full control over the cooking intensity. For maximum operational flexibility, the two halves of the cooking surface can be ignited and regulated independently.
