Description
Keep chips and other fried food piping hot and in optimum condition with the FriFri Silofrit freestanding chip scuttle. Food is heated both from above via an infra-red lamp and from below via the drain plate, ensuring consistent results during service. Built for durability, the scuttle is made from 304-grade stainless steel and features a removable gastronorm container and drain plate for easy cleaning.
The robust freestanding design allows for flexible placement within any kitchen line-up. Connection is straightforward via a standard 230 V socket – no water or drain connection and no professional installation required. This unit is built for continuous commercial use and easy operation.
