The VITO VS portable frying oil filter is designed to provide professional kitchens with an efficient and hygienic oil filtration solution. Simply place the unit directly into the hot frying oil, where it automatically removes suspended particles and bitter residues without supervision. After the preset 4.5-minute filtration cycle, the unit stops automatically, leaving the oil clean and ready for immediate use. With a filtration capacity of up to 40 liters per minute and filtration efficiency down to 5 microns, the VITO VS extends oil life, improves food quality, and reduces operating costs. Manufactured from durable 1.4031 stainless steel, it is built for intensive commercial use.
