Gas Döner Grill DMUK 105 – 80 kg, 5 Burners, Top-Mounted Motor, 668 × 563 × 1308 mm

The Gas Döner Grill DMUK 105 is designed for professional preparation of döner skewers with a capacity of up to 80 kg of meat. Five independently controllable burners enable targeted heat adjustment to meet specific cooking needs.

The top-mounted motor and adjustable carriage guide facilitate handling and positioning of the döner skewer. All meat-contact surfaces are made from stainless steel AISI 304. The burners are equipped with heat-resistant Cr-Ni wires manufactured from AISI 310 S.

A fat collection drawer with 2-litre capacity captures dripping fat. The supplied skewer with three holes, meat plate and slotted disc complete the equipment for daily operation.

Gas configuration for natural gas or propane can be selected according to your order. Suitable conversion nozzles are available as optional accessories.
