Description
The gas lava stone grill with one cooking zone is ideal for professional use in gastronomy and fast food operations. It features a retractable cooking grid with two positions for flexible grilling.
Regulation is done via a gas valve with piezo ignition for easy and safe operation. The grill comes with 5 kg of lava stones that ensure even heat distribution.
The grill grate is made of sandblasted steel measuring 312 x 480 mm, providing ample grilling space. The gas heating uses a 4 kW stainless steel burner. The unit is fully made of stainless steel, ensuring durability and easy cleaning.
