GastroRosa-grey is the perfect combination of elegant design and professional warming technology. Equipped with a luxurious 30 mm thick granite worktop in "Granite pink-grey" and a robust stainless steel body, this counter is the highlight of any buffet line or food service station.

The system features two separate basins for GN 1/1 containers (up to 150 mm depth), operated by efficient dry heating. Thanks to three precise thermostats, the temperature can be accurately regulated between +30°C and +85°C. A special advantage: the neutral base with a door is passively heated by waste heat from the heating system – ideal for preheating dishes. The counter is delivered with wheels as standard, ensuring maximum flexibility in the dining area.
