GastroRosa-grey is the perfect blend of elegant design and professional warming technology. Featuring a luxurious 30 mm thick granite worktop in pink-grey and a robust stainless steel body, this counter is the highlight of any buffet line or food service area.

The system includes two separate basins for GN 1/1 containers (up to 150 mm depth), operated by efficient dry heating. Thanks to three precise thermostat controls, the temperature can be accurately adjusted between +30°C and +85°C. A special advantage: The neutral base with a door is passively warmed by the heating's residual heat – ideal for preheating dishes. The counter is standardly delivered on wheels, providing maximum flexibility in the dining area.
