GastroStar Galaxy is the perfect blend of elegant design and professional warming technology. Equipped with a luxurious 30 mm thick granite slab in "Star Galaxy Black" and a sturdy stainless steel body, this counter is the highlight of any buffet line or food service area.

The system features two separate basins for GN 1/1 containers (up to 150 mm deep), operated with efficient dry heating. Thanks to the three precise thermostat controls, the temperature can be accurately regulated between +30°C and +85°C. A special advantage: The neutral base with a door is passively heated by the system's waste heat – ideal for preheating dishes. The counter is delivered with wheels as standard, providing maximum flexibility in the dining area.
