GastroStar Galaxy is the perfect combination of elegant design and professional warming technology. Equipped with a luxurious 30 mm thick granite top in "Star Galaxy Black" and a robust stainless steel body, this counter is the highlight of any buffet line or serving area.

The system features two separate basins for GN 1/1 containers (up to 150 mm depth), operated with efficient dry heating. Thanks to three precise thermostats, the temperature can be accurately regulated between +30°C and +85°C. A special advantage: the neutral base with a door is passively heated by the residual heat from the system – ideal for pre-warming dishes. The counter is delivered with wheels as standard, offering maximum flexibility in the dining area.
