The GGF spiral dough mixer from the SP series is designed for professional production of medium-sized dough batches. With a bowl capacity of 155 liters, it processes up to 100 kg of dough per mixing cycle and supports dough production in bakeries, pizzerias, and production kitchens.

Separate motors drive the mixing spiral and the dough bowl. Two speeds allow adjustment of the kneading process to each processing phase. The timer enables programming of automatic speed changes.

The dough bowl rotation direction can be reversed to facilitate dough release from the spiral. The robust mechanical construction is designed for regular professional use.
