The Innova MOVI Switch 30 is a compact, complete production laboratory for professional ice cream makers. The device combines two essential production steps – pasteurization and batch freezing – into one space-saving stand-alone unit. This allows you to create any type of ice cream according to your own recipe and flexibly control the production quantity.
