The Josper® HJA-PLUS-L175-HCT combines charcoal cooking with the capabilities of a closed oven. It is suited to professional kitchens that want to prepare meat, fish, vegetables and other dishes with a distinctive charcoal aroma.

The version with holding cabinet and table combines the grilling and cooking area with a practical base unit. Two grill grates included as standard and a grilling surface of approx. 762 × 762 mm provide space for a variety of dishes. The stated operating temperature range is 250 to 350 °C.

The reinforced, insulated body supports heat retention. The servo-assisted door makes opening and closing easier in daily operation. Bottom ventilation with eight air inlets allows combustion to be regulated. The smoke outlet with diffuser is included; a removable ash tray simplifies cleaning.
