Each baking chamber is equipped with a refractory stone floor, ensuring even heat distribution and perfect baking results. Thanks to the separate top and bottom heat, the baking process can be individually controlled.

The oven features mechanical controls, a thermostat, a thermometer, and interior lighting. Reinforced insulation provides energy efficiency, while the stainless steel construction ensures durability and hygiene.
