The MORETTI serieP P60E is a professional electric pizza oven designed for pizzerias, restaurants, and bakeries that demand flexibility and high baking quality. With a single baking chamber capable of holding 4 pizzas Ø 30 cm or 1 pizza Ø 45 cm, this model is ideal for businesses with medium space availability that refuse to compromise on performance.

The oven is perfectly suited for direct baking on refractory stone or baking on EN trays (600 x 400 mm). The chamber can accommodate up to 2 pizza trays (600 x 400 mm).

Designed as a modular system, the P60E is stackable (up to 3 baking chambers), allowing capacity to be easily expanded as demand grows. Important Note: A top cover hood and a bottom base plate are required as thermal finishing elements for operation (sold separately).

The oven door opens downwards and features heat-insulated glass and a heavy-duty safety door opening system. Protected double halogen interior lighting ensures optimal visibility of the baking products.

The electronic control with digital display offers precise management:

• Working temperature for top and bottom heat independently adjustable (25 to 450 °C)

Heating is provided by elements located beneath the floor, supported by a thermocouple for exact temperature measurement. Special casing overheating protection ensures the external temperature does not exceed 65 °C, enhancing workplace safety.
