The Pavesi JOY 110 TW is a compact yet extremely powerful rotating pizza oven with a monoblock baking surface. With a baking surface diameter of 110 cm and a capacity of 6–8 pizzas at once, it is ideal for pizzerias looking to produce large quantities in a small space – without compromising on traditional taste.

The rotating baking surface distributes heat evenly and maintains a constant temperature, ensuring every pizza is perfectly baked. By combining wood and/or gas operation, you enjoy maximum flexibility: classic wood-fired flavor or convenient gas operation. The strong insulation, domed vault, and massive monoblock plate ensure quick response times and low energy consumption.

The hood segment made of fiberglass-reinforced plastic (FRP) can be delivered in various colors, making the JOY 110 TW a visual highlight in the dining area – perfect for open show kitchens.
