The Pavesi JOY 130 TW is a high-quality combination pizza oven with a rotating monoblock baking surface, designed for pizzerias that want to combine design, maximum performance, and ease of use. With a baking surface diameter of 130 cm and a capacity of 10–12 pizzas at once, it's ideal for high-throughput restaurants and open show kitchens.

The massive, one-piece monoblock baking surface optimally retains heat and remains at operating temperature thanks to adjustable rotation speed and efficient insulation. This allows for large quantities of pizza to be baked evenly and consistently in a short time. The oven can be operated with either wood or gas, combining the unmistakable flavor of a wood-fired oven with the convenience and efficiency of modern gas technology.

The domed structure and fiberglass-reinforced plastic (FRP) hood segment make the JOY 130 TW a true design object. The hood is available in various colors and can be customized to match the store concept – ideal for prominently placed ovens.
