The Perfect Fry PFA is an automatic electric countertop fryer for preparing fried foods in convenience stores, bars, nightclubs and other foodservice operations. Loading and dispensing take place at the front. The automatic load and dispense system handles product guidance and releases the food once the cooking cycle is complete.

The touchscreen control allows the use of programmable presets and menu timers. The quick-fry function and the double load cycle support a fast workflow during higher order volumes. The fry pot holds around 11 litres of oil.

An integrated air filtration system with HEPA filter reduces the impact of frying emissions on the surrounding area. An integrated fire suppression system completes the equipment. Open Kitchen compatibility allows the appliance to be connected to cloud-based equipment monitoring.

This version requires 240 V at 60 Hz, a single-phase connection and a dedicated circuit. A NEMA 6-50 plug is intended. Installation must be carried out by qualified personnel.
