The Perfect Fry PFC is a compact electric countertop fryer for convenience stores, bars, cinemas, bowling centres and snack outlets. With a frying tank holding around 7.6 litres of oil and a connected load of 8 kW, it allows you to expand your food offering on a small footprint.

The touchscreen control, preset menu timers and a programmable shake timer support repeatable cooking routines. The automatic basket lift raises the XL basket out of the oil once the cooking time has elapsed. Loading and unloading take place at the front.

An integrated three-stage extraction and filtration system with HEPA filter reduces frying emissions and odours. An integrated fire suppression system completes the equipment. Thanks to Open Kitchen compatibility, the fryer can be connected to cloud-based appliance monitoring.

This version requires 240 V at 60 Hz, a single-phase connection and a dedicated circuit. A NEMA 6-50 plug is intended. Connection requirements must be agreed with qualified personnel prior to installation.
