This pizza refrigerated work table combines 400 litres net volume with a granite work surface and an ingredient compartment for 8 × GN 1/6 gastronorm containers. It allows you to keep chilled stock and ingredients directly at your preparation station – ideal for pizzerias, restaurants and fast-food outlets.

The granite countertop provides a robust work surface for preparing and topping pizzas. The glass canopy protects the ingredient area while offering excellent visibility of the contents. Compatible with GN 1/6 containers with a maximum depth of 100 mm.

The digital Dixell temperature control allows you to set the cooling to between 0 and +10 °C. Static cooling is supported by a fan system. Behind each of the three hinged doors, an adjustable shelf provides storage space for supplies.

The AISI 304 stainless steel cabinet and easily accessible shelf surfaces simplify cleaning in daily kitchen operation.
