The compact Polar Serie G blast chiller and shock freezer enables rapid chilling and freezing of prepared foods. As a benchtop unit with a height of only 420 mm, it is especially suited for professional kitchens with limited space.

The unit chills 8 kg of food from +70 to +3 °C in 90 minutes or freezes 5 kg from +70 to −18 °C in 240 minutes. The integrated core temperature probe allows monitoring of the food's internal temperature. Control is via a digital temperature regulator with display.

The interior accommodates 3 × GN 2/3 with 65 mm depth. A self-closing, insulated door and 60 mm insulation thickness reduce heat gain. Stainless steel construction facilitates cleaning, while adjustable feet ensure stable placement on the work surface.
