The Polar Serie G cooling table FA441 combines 368 litres total capacity with nine drawers and a robust stainless steel work surface. The stated usable capacity is 104 litres. The separate compartmentalisation facilitates clear storage of various ingredients directly at the preparation station.

Each drawer accommodates one GN-1/1 container with 65 mm depth. This allows ingredients to be stored in the same container and removed for processing without the need for transfer. Matching gastronorm containers are available separately.

The circulating air cooling supports even temperature distribution even with frequent opening. Via digital control, the temperature can be set between +2 and +5 °C and monitored on the display. Automatic defrost, front-facing ventilation and easily cleaned stainless steel surfaces simplify daily operation.
