The Polar Series G cooling table FA440 combines 240 litre total capacity with a stainless steel work surface. Six cooling drawers provide convenient access to ingredients directly below the worktop. This compact unit is ideal as a preparation station in professional kitchens with limited space.

Each drawer accommodates one GN 1/1 gastronorm container with a maximum depth of 65 mm. Separate storage simplifies the organisation of different ingredients. Matching gastronorm containers are available separately and can be easily removed for further processing.

Digital temperature control allows settings between +2 and +8 °C. Fan-assisted cooling maintains temperature stability during frequent access. Defrosting during compressor breaks and easily cleanable stainless steel surfaces simplify daily operation.
