The Polar Series U refrigerated/freezer drawer table DA996 offers flexible cooling and freezing capacity in a compact footprint. Both drawers can be independently set as either refrigeration or freezer compartments. This allows you to store different ingredients in one unit and adapt usage to your kitchen workflow.

Each drawer accommodates 2 × GN 1/1 with a maximum container depth of 150 mm. The digital control panel enables temperature setting and monitoring. Fan-assisted cooling supports rapid temperature recovery after opening, while automatic defrosting reduces maintenance demands.

The robust stainless steel construction is engineered for professional use. The top surface can serve as a work platform for additional kitchen equipment. Braked castors facilitate positioning and access for cleaning operations.
