Saladette 518 LITER – 3 Doors, Grey Marble Work Surface, Glass Display with LED, for 5 × GN 1/1

This saladette combines 518 litres gross cooling capacity with a grey marble work surface and an ingredient area for 5 × gastronorm containers GN 1/1. It is suitable for preparation and presentation of chilled ingredients in restaurants, pizzerias, fast food outlets, and salad bars.

The square glass display made from toughened glass protects the ingredient area and enables clear product presentation. Integrated LED lighting illuminates the displayed food items. Below the work surface, three self-closing doors provide access to the chilled storage area.

Air circulation cooling supports uniform temperature distribution between +2 and +10 °C. A Carel thermostat controls the temperature, while automatic defrosting reduces maintenance requirements.

High-quality stainless steel construction and rounded interior corners facilitate cleaning. Six height-adjustable feet allow the unit to be levelled on uneven floors.
