This refrigerated salad prep counter combines 720 litres of gross refrigerated capacity with a black marble worktop and an ingredient section accommodating 6 × GN 1/1 containers. Its 2500 mm width provides ample space for preparing and displaying chilled ingredients in restaurants, pizzerias, takeaway outlets and salad bars.

The angular tempered-glass guard protects the ingredient area while keeping its contents visible. Integrated LED lighting illuminates the displayed food. Four self-closing doors provide access to additional refrigerated storage, with one Rilsan-coated shelf behind each door.

Fan-assisted cooling supports even temperature distribution between +2 and +10 °C, regulated by a Carel thermostat. Automatic defrost simplifies daily operation, while 70 mm insulation helps reduce heat transfer.

The stainless steel construction and rounded internal corners make cleaning easier. Six height-adjustable feet allow the unit to be levelled on uneven floors.
